ICEbear light software release

Dear users,

For the ICEbear light flash programmer, the BFloader software for Windows has reached v0.11 and went out of beta state.

Changes:
- Load/Save settings: Partition settings can be stored and restored from INI files
- Bulk flash option added: One-click programming of many identical (virgin) target flashes
- Installer includes mgwz.dll
