ICEbear permissions under Ubuntu

There are some troubles with the ICEbear on recent Linux distributions using the udev system for hot plug device permission control.
The problem is, that by default, the ICEbear can only be accessed when root. Permission changes applied to /proc/bus/usb are reset when the ICEbear is plugged in again.

Solution: Put the file linked below into /etc/udev/rules.d:
