int jtag_init (  char *const *  argv, CPU *  cpu )

Parameters: argv  Pointer array to the driver options, see driver help. If argv == NULL, the default parameters are used. Parameters: cpu  Pointer to a CPU handle to be returned Returns: 1: ok, error else. Examples: memtest.c, and register.c.
